If anyone has been following this blog, they will notice I haven’t posted anything in some time now.
I am sorry about that.
The struggle I am slowly working my way through right now is finding the right balance between the work that I love (AKA making music), vs the necessary work that pays the bills.
I think I’m moving in the right direction, and have a plan to further alleviate things in 2023, but right now, it’s mostly about keeping my head down and putting all my energy into improving my compositions.
Speaking of which, there is a new track I’ve produced for a Fiverr client, which will be available for listening VERY soon, so you can look forward to that.
There’s also a personal track I’ve been working on, which should be coming out in a month or two, tops. It’s the most orchestral piece I’ve attempted so far, which has forced me to take extra time to get a better grasp on my shiny-new NI plugins.
And for the record, I fully intend to resume these articles, once I get my feet a little more under me. They may not be as frequent as they were before, but they’re coming.
